Return Policy / Warranty

GXLParts.com wants its customers to be 100% satisfied with the purchase of our products and services, and will do everything we can to take care of your needs give you the best experience.

YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR WARRANTY.

Damaged Products: Please inspect the quality of your product upon arrival. If the product is defective due to manufacturing or shipping, please contact us immediately.

All Other Returns: You can return or get an item exchanged if you purchased a wrong item or it is defective. For a full exchange the item must be in unused (no evidence of missing hardware or installation) condition. If we cannot sell the item as new, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for all shipping on returned items. Original shipping costs are not refundable. If you received free shipping, you will not be credited back shipping charges that would have applied.
